I'm still here, reading as well. Not sure if I saw it posted on the list or not, but for for anyone who missed it, "The Sweatbox" leaked onto the internet a few months ago. For anyone who doesn't know this is a documentary by Trudy about the troubled making of "The Emperors New Groove" , which Sting did some songs for. Sting is featured quite a bit. Worth searching out. I think I saw it on vimeo.com
Great message Timothy!Personally, I used to be very active here, posting more often than I do now...I should do that again, I know that someone out there is reading...eheheh!By the way, to you all: if you have the chance to go and see HOT HEAD SHOW, Jordan Copeland's band, I do really suggest it very strongly; you may be a little confused about their kind of music (I would say Zappa meet Primus attitude), but their musical proposal is interesting.Gio----- Original Message -----From: Timothy EndersSent: Thursday, May 17, 2012 2:00 PMSubject: [Police] Can I just say....I just wanted to say:
Even though the old list has been quiet for a while lately, I have to say thank you thank you thank you to all of the people who responded to my request for the “Summoner’s Travels” show and music from the TST tour / era. This list has been a great resource over the years, and the responses that I got indicate that it still is. It’s like a little piece of the internet circa 15 or 20 years ago, before everything was commercialized, when it was about people sharing and helping one another.
So, again, thanks. It’s good to know that still exists somewhere.
