[Police] RNB song samples used

HEy all, I was listening to the radio and heard this RnB song playing using Voices inside my head for samples, actually not too bad bass and guitar were used. I couldn't tell who the artist was... Maybe somebody can tell us who it is. p.s: I received my copy of SB's CD and it's really sounds great... Sounds more than just a demo, i think Simon Osborne is a known producer... Is he?
