You can download it from the link that Toni gave in his first e-mail.

Go to http://www.catradio.cat/pcatradio/crItem.jsp?seccio=programa&idint=878 and click on one of the links from 29/12/07 - there are four of them, 1st hour, 2nd hour (two links) and 3rd hour.

This will open a player window, and if you click on the red arrow next to the text "Descarrega-te'l" just below the yellow progress bar, it will download it in mp3 format. You must use Internet Explorer for the download to work.
