RE: [Police] Send Your Love on French radio

For those of you who know may know more about the music industry's "logic," is there any reason for releasing the single in the US a whole month after the rest of the world? It just seems odd that elsewhere it is on constant rotation, whereas here everyone's clueless... Also, has anyone else heard the Dave Audé remix? Is it just me or does it sound like a mix between the Knight Rider theme and Cher's Believe? It's masochistically addictive though!
