From String’s solo career I’d pick the opening phrase of “The Pirate’s Bride”:

“Sometimes in the light / at the edge of the world / is the ghost of a ship / with its black sails furled…”

Love that image.

But “Tea In The Sahara” is my complete favorite (even if the lyrics are distilled from a passage in The Sheltering Sky).
