I'm thinking that ticketbastard meant you have a ticketbastard account, therefor you skip the part where you enter all you credit card info etc. Have you ever purchased tickets online through them before? I know this doesn't help you now, but next time you go to buy tickets, or for anyone else who does ............... sorry!!
