So, I was in a ShopKo (or whatever they are) the other day... all of sudden, I hear Nothin' Bout Me come on... but it has slightly different instrumentation. It's supposed to be Mega-rare. How did SHOPKO get a copy? Also, I once heard a neato remix of "Let Your Soul Be Your Pilot"... How did a leather store get this, but I can't!? :) Yeah,I know they don't have copies of the stuff in the store. Would it be too much to ask someone to host these as *decent* quality MP3's (ie 192 or higher) on a site? Speaking fo which: I know people collect stuff... but I also wonder why we don't have more collections on MP3... I mean, those of us who just want to enjoy the music, and don't have spectacular amounts of money to hunt this stuff down. "They Might Be Giants", for instance, has been around for 20 years. They have a gargantuan catalog of items (as music goes) and a noticeable portion of it is in MP3 format, if you know where to look. So why don't we, as a community, have more of that?
