I think you're right David. Where was the enthusiasm when The Police DID reunite? Everyone seems to forget about that... Years of longing for a reunion, and when they do get together (albeit for only three songs) no one shows up, no one really talks about it here, and the press doesn't really cover it... They WERE a great band... -----Original Message----- From: police-bounces+f.berthelot=ramsa.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:police-bounces+f.berthelot=ramsa.com@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of David Lucky Sent: Wednesday, November 09, 2005 10:07 AM To: Police@mailman.xmission.com Subject: [Police] enthusiasm for the Police Think about the fanfare about the release of this DVD. It is next to nil. I'd say the marketing of it will be very little. Amazon and other sites have next to no info about it and its coming out this week. To me it makes me wonder how big the Police are anymore. Are there thousands of fans , sure definitely. But these record companies must not think the potential audience is all that big. At least not anymore, I wonder _______________________________________________ Police mailing list Police@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/police -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The information contained in this communication and any enclosures or attachments may be confidential and/or proprietary.
