[Police] Hall of fame, a few comments on broadcast

For some of those who were not there, the broadcast has been cut quite a bit. There were 20 minutes of speeches before the Righteous brothers played and this was cut (thank god), and the Elton speech was heavily cut also. Elvis costello played Pump it up before the Elton speech and this appears to have been at least moved, maybe still to be broadcast. Here's hopin we get all three police tracks Jer
