Well, I feel fortunate that Jer and Deb will be there to represent _all_ of us fans, whatever our relative degree of fandom (hey, my friends think I'm insane for flying to and from Houston from California in a 24 hour turnaround for front row seats, and getting in the car with three strangers--who, btw, are no longer strangers but friends--to drive to Vegas for the MGM Grand show immediately after a show in Irvine--without clothes or even a toothbrush! Not to mention picking up a list member from LAX without ever meeting him. My friends freaked, but it was only Ross!!! And I have a husband, three kids, and no job. Just so you know.). Please, let's be thankful we'll have friends, who are friends virtually by being fellow Police/Sting lovers, who will be there to listen in our stead.
