Thanks for posting that review Ted. I doubt we'll be seeing that one anytime soon on sting.com. The review seems to echo my sentiments on their Toronto gig. In fact i think i used the words "lull" and "sleep" in the same sentence too! The journalist even goes so far as to peg Sting's Sacred Love as "bland adult-contemporary". I'm sure someone on this list would hotly debate that one but I'm finding myself agreeing more and more with that sad statement. I'm finding it interesting that Lennox is stealing the show in a lot of the reviews and remains much of the focal point for the writers. I wonder if Sting's ego will be able to accomodate another tour like this in the future? (kidding, no flames plz) One thing I think the reviewer is spot on about is Lennox's set-list being "less concerned with peddling her latest product than with taking listeners on an emotional roller coaster ride". I think even the most ardent Sting fan can agree with that one. Maybe he'll take note for his next tour. I'm going to go apply for a job at the Sun-Times now- hopefully they need another pop music critic. ;) Chris
