What a great list with exchanging thoughts on this CD this is! Imagine we all would have listened to it so far without being able to share our opinions about it - even hardcore Sting fans would wonder what had happenend to their own musical taste... Some thoughts: In the CD credits it says "Additional Production on Never Coming Home: B.T." Anyone has an idea who this might be? Could this remark promise a mix being available soon - maybe without the drum machine? :-o The international release mentions "Special thanks to The Bard for his assistance on 'Like a beautiful Smile'..." Was the song planned to be on the album at the time the inlet was created and then never touched (and thought over) again?? My overall impression about the product remains UNFINISHED. When are the mixes coming in??????????????????? Funny, I've NEVER been one to mess with the bass, high and mid buttons and find myself doing it a lot on this CD. I guess I was just trying to hear more bass and just started messing around with it and voila' a new CD! I totally love "Never Coming Home," but the drum machine on that gets to me big time. Too bad they had to ruin the song with it. Glad the CD's coming around for some of you (as it did for me)! Michelle

<< Inside and Sacred Love are starting to grow. Mary J. Blige's voice messed up "Whenever I say Your Name". I still love Dead Man's Rope, Stolen Car and The Book of my Life is one of Sting's best songs ever. Forget about the Future is cool and jazzy. This War rocks.
I still find Kipper's loud drum loops a bit annoying BUT boost the bass and highs, lower the mids, and it helps balance a CD that deserved a better production and final mix!
Peace
