I'll have to read the book. I think it's one of the quintessential Police songs, particularly the extended last chorus. Captures everything they were about; doesn't matter that there's a piano there. Also some of their best playing, especially Sting's bass line. I suppose there's not much guitar; perhaps that is what Andy Summers didn't like.
