Perhaps but certainly misleading. Otherwise why would they have on the homepage a big huge banner stating "POLICE LIVE" on the day of the PR? "Sign up here for your chance to get pre-sales." A gimmick. A misleading one at that. I understand the fan club loyalty-But Best buy?
