[Police] sting fan club DVD

Anyone else a member on this list? I havent received my mambership fanclub DVD and my membership has been all paid up etc so was wondering if anyone else received their yet? I was also wondering how to contact them as I am getting auto responses and being referred to the FAQs. Thanks
