Oh my God.  That's IT!!!  Video it and put on youtube.  EVERYONE from now on should do this.  They would change their tactics pretty quick.

Hey, these guys work HARD to earn their "Ticketbastard" nickname!
It's too bad you didn't make a video of your computer screen as you did this.  That would make an excellent YouTube clip or CNN I-Report.

How can a company that's so universally hated still have such an iron grip on this market?  It's not like they have lobbyists like the oil & cigarette companies.  I was so hopeful a few years back when Pearl Jam was at the height of popularity and tried to take them on, but not even they were able to make anything happen.

Same thing happened to me...I asked for Best Available, got section 117, and
realized that there was no way these were the best seats possible.  I tossed
them back into the pool, requested floor seats on my second search, and got
Row 2.  How Ticketmaster figured section 117 was better than row 2 on the
floor I will never know!

See you all there!

Cheers,
Bruce

No, it's not. I had the same problem, chose "best available" but didn't get
floor seats, I was given section 105. Went back, chose "Floor" and got row
11. These guys have their own particular view of what's best available...

See you there!

Nuno

Seat location: section 117, row 6, seats 105-106.

Doesn't seem like "floor" to me, so I'm wondering if I've been fooled by
Ticketmaster again.
