I've received the new cheaper edition of Andy's book from Amazon last week.

By now I havn't had a chance to see the previously available ltd.edition but from my point of view this new one should do anyway (sorry Dietmar!). It's a thick hard cover book (not a paperback) and it's printed really well. I don't know about the size of the expensive copy but this one measures approx.26 x 32 x 4 cm.
