Hey gang!

One of my friends started a Facebook group to attempt to bring The Police to little old Halifax, Nova Scotia. Celine Dion just cancelled, so we figured why not try to fill the gap ;-)

All joking aside, this is a shot at getting a real band to our city. We've had major concerts, multiple acts, including a very successful concert with the Rolling Stones in 2006. The large venue of our city Commons, next to the Citadel. We get a lot of tourists here during the summer months & this would be a boon.

So, how many of you guys saw the band in any open air venues this past year? I'll plead ignorance, as I saw them at the ACC in Toronto & Bell Centre in Montreal. Fantastic venues, esp Montreal. How many non-stadium concerts did they do?
