If you're behind a firewall, you may want to try this: In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Option > Connections tab > LAN Settings, then turn off "Use Proxy Server" if that option is checked. Also, in the Security tab, try lowering your security level. It works for me! Good luck.
