Hi
I'm trying to date a certain concert of THE POLICE from 1979. It shows Sting
with bare breast, Andy with a black T-shirt without sleeves and Stewart with a
yellow T-shirt. They play in a small club before a wall that seems to be out
of wickerwork.
Now all the photos I've got are taken by a photographer from L.A. Sting's
haircut indicates that it might be in May 1979.
The POLICE played a lot in that area:
May 8, 1979 - Avondale, LA - Ole Man River's
May 9, 1979 - Baton Rouge, LA - Kingfish
May 17, 1979 - Los Angeles - Madam Wong's
could be the location.
If anyone knows what the clubs looked like he might be able to help me. I
would send some scans to anyone interested.
