When I tried to get "reserved seats" it booted me, so I had to go to "Best Available" and then I got them right away. It seems like the way to go is to just click "Best Available".
I followed all the instructions on the best buy and ticketmaster sites, including going to the national time clock and synchronizing my computer's chronometer to it (I admit I felt foolish doing that, but it was apparently good advice; they tell you to do this because the ticketmaster site bases its time on the national clock). I even followed the tips page from ticketmaster about not hitting the refresh button because it could boot you out; it suggested putting the url of the page you want into favorites and clicking on that to keep checking to see if the site was "open for business".
I feel absolutely blessed after seeing all the problems that people on the list have had -- I have to tell you, it scared me! But I had my tickets printed and put safely away by 10:10AM. So maybe there's something in following all the suggestions they give you.
So who else is coming to Hershey?!?!
