So, what're the list members' opinions on Frenetic? I like it. Reminds me of Funny Break w/ the predominant female vocals and lighter feel than a lot of the Altogether tracks. I am a little surprised to hear the very prominant use of the same sample/sound as their remix of the Golden Girls' "Kinetic". It's a great sample, no doubt, I'm just always a little surprised to hear them reuse such noticable samples (e.g. the groovy Way Out chord sample in Meltdown). Mike

Yeah, i've heard that Kinetic sample somewhere else (in their stuff? can't remember!), too!.. And i just love it! ;-D btw: thanks for that mail, i wouldn't have noticed there was some new Orbital thingy out if it wasn't for this mail! ;-) btw: "Work" is just a collection of rare versions, right? Or is there anything new on it? <:-) Regards, DeeKay P.S.: Maybe Brandon wants to enlight us with his stance on Hiphop-Music? 8) Or is anyone game for another round of "I've tried all i can to enjoy his music and appreciate it, but: Moby simply sucks!"? 8))

No sweat. This list is basically dead, unfortunately. I'm not sure where active discussion of Orbital takes place. IRC? Maybe the Forums on Loopz.

I don't think the songs/edits on Work are particularly rare. I think for the average Orbital fan, the Play and Rest EPs would be all you'd want. For me, being obsessive compulsive, I had to get Work, Play, Rest and the Play Radio Promo... someone kill me or please destroy eBay. Mike
