re: [Orb] Drugs and First Orb Experience and Other Ramblings
At this point I pretty much only smoke herb and drink beer. I have the occasional stiff drink but pretty rarely. Now in the past I've enjoyed many hundreds of acid trips, at least a hundred 'shroom journeys, tens of mescaline trips, ecstacy, big wads of opium, and I've tried just about everything that doesn't require a needle. One thing I've learned: I should not take anything like valium, xanax, or that ilk. I don't like them and I'm way too much of a light weight. By the way, despite my love for acid the only thing I think I've got time for these days would be mescaline and I'd take it again in a heartbeat. It's a great drug because you only get to choose your night's dosage once. If you decide to take more later it doesn't do anything at all. Also it's all over four or five hours and once it's done it is really over with. If you take about ten of them you'll visit prehistoric Earth but that's a whole other story. I can't find my UFOrb double disc and I'm very sad. People keep mentioning it and I keep remembering all the fun trips I had listening to it (especially the superduper 40 minute Blue Room mix... "WAKE UP!"). www.psychicreform.com Who let that monkey in here!?! Dada is dead. Watch your overcoat. "Dissent is what rescues democracy from a slow death behind closed doors." -Lewis H. Lapham

I didn't know about a double-disc of the album. I got the 40 minute blue room mix on a special cd single. I kind of had to insist the HMV guy look for it, like they only had a small number and he wanted them all for himself. It fit into the double cd single case of the other blue room single version - is that what you're talking about? -- Chris Morgan <cm at mihalis.net> http://www.mihalis.net Temp sig. - Enquire within
