Hope you all had a good Xmas? 1) Looking for CD's I noticed CD connection ( http://www.cdconnection.com/bin/nph-main/9NoWuABbFUkY.b ) had "ORB / IM MY MIND" (10/02). Is this our orb and if so, is it any good? 2) Sorry to spam the list with a non orb question, but I have returned to find a strange request from an old hippy I know. Basically he wants a layered orb like mix of trippy, hippy, stoner tracks (from approx 1968 - 1978), with beats added where necessary, to play to his equally old and stoned hippy friends (for lake party, this summer). Sounds like a good challenge. Anyway, I was wondering what tracks (or albums) your older brothers or sisters used to play that forced you off the straight and narrow and into the diverse pathways you are all currently following? You can also include any other (as my punk friend used to say) "deep, with hidden meaning, hippy sh*t".
