She has played it on 2 separate occasions, the first 2006-07-21 (with Tom Real & Rogue Element at the Breaksday Tent at the Glade) and the second 2006-12-04 (with LCD Soundsystem). Neither were part of the live sets, apparently she 'found it on the internet'... Don't have the full sets any more, but both were originally found on soulseek. If anyone can track down the artist(s) responsible, I'd be pleased to know!
