Were the shocking videos of the dead or arrested US soldiers broadcasted by the US tv channels?
Pictures of real, dead, people and real, red, blood might counteract the will of the Bush regime. If Americans saw the carnage being fostered in their name they might actually do something about it. We saw during Vietnam and tried to stop it though we pretty much folded after Kent State. Bush & Co has learned much since then (and since the US news media is owned by the mega-corporations that are profiting from this war they can rest assured that the US stations will speak loudly against showing this, though they should). Our television shows are incredibly violent but we can't show two people loving each other. This should tell you a lot about how fucked up we are as a society. Goddamned Puritans... www.psychicreform.com Who let that monkey in here!?! Dada is dead. Watch your overcoat.

So does anyone know how to get these to download as full files to my drive rather than streaming? I know about Streambox VCR, but I'm on a Mac. And I know of Audio Hijack for the Mac, but I was just curious to see if I could just get the whole files rather than recording the stream. Thanks! :-) Over and out.... ... .. . . _jason_ beatsfrombeyond@mac.com ( ( (( Beats From Beyond )) ) ) | - - -- ((o)) -- - - - |

I think audio hijack is about as close as you're gonna get... I've spent many hours looking for that type of program with no luck... --- Joe Topjian email: joe@portsys.net web: http://terrarum.net/joe

Ah ha! :) Glad to hear! We should work out some sort of swapping scenario, as I know you have a server, and I have a server.... You don't have an account on my KDX server, do you? I'll set you up with one if not. What about your server? Is the IP 24.175.202.170 ? I am unsure of the login/password though. Here's the details on my server - let's do some swapping! :) How to connect: 1. Launch latest KDX Client ( Get KDX Client @ www.haxial.org ) 2. Connect 4. Enter: mindmeld.servemp3.com Leave login and password blank - guest access can view and upload, but if you give me your desired login/pass, I'll hook you up with an account to download. Shazam!! 100+GB of electronic love. Once you are in KDX, please change your identity so I can know who you are: 1. Click Settings 2. Choose Identity 3. Change your name (and your icon - just paste from web or whatever) Also, while in settings: 1. Choose Appearance 2. Then check Use Small Icons In File Lists Makes things much easier to view :-) To upload: 1. Go into one of the uploads folders 2. Click the little striped button (see attachment) 3. Choose Create Folder (name it accordingly to what you are uploading) 4. Go into that newly created folder 5. Drag MP3s into that folder Email with any questions... War is terrible and ugly, but sanitizing it and denying the reality that exists certainly isn't fair to those that kill and die in it. I agree war is terrible and ugly. I contend that this instance *denied the reality*, all media reported the contents of the video, that is enough. The video of jounalist Daniel Pearl being murdered exists, its contents have been described, I do not need to see that footage, nor do I want to. Thanks for the link, this site is very comprehensive. kim wrote:

Do you know we are ruled by TV? was heared in a Doors Song, the americans have their picture of an enemy constructed by media, we in germany have ours, people in iraque have their images. We are fucking ruled by TV and the american media politics are dangerous, if Bush will stay, that will not be the last war, and perhaps we are nearer to the 3.rd Worldwar than we think. I love the president here in germany. Cy, Christoph
