RE: [Orb] RE: Orb Digest, Vol 35, Issue 6
You don't get it. The collection and (especially) the connection in question are totally NOT worth the multitudinous insipid one-line messages from its owner to this list, messages like "I have it on my FTP" or "email me offlist" repeated over and over and over and over again. Maybe if you had been on the list longer and/or tried to use the onerous, bandwidth-constrained FTP site in question you'd understand. Also: why don't you cry about it? If it were a pay service for old material yall would bitch about the cost. Since it is on MY PERSONAL machine, I can choke the fucking bandwidth to hell is I like. I have offered stuff to this bitching list for over 5 years. Has anyone else done that? Soulseek is up and down all the time and it crashes every time that you try to use it. At least, I can give you a personal message to tell you when I am going to be down. So, you have what all I have on my server? I am so sick of you bitches that complain about free stuff that is a protected server. Use you file sharing soulseek network all you want to.
