Hi I recieved my BOB 14 a week or so ago.I Emailed sales@badorb.com and just asked nicely where my order had got to.It turned up almost immediatly,however there was no certificate with it so i emailed again and by return of post the certificate arrived.You could also try christine@badorb.com & sherman@badorb.com Hope this helps.
