All the many "scribes" of the bible books were transmitted these Psychic Survival Codes from God via visions and experiences!! That King James guy was just repeating the rhetoric; he actually probably ordered it done by a certain point upon Threat of Death, kind of like today's "deadlines"....The repeating samples and loops that make up the "Bible" are just Nostalgic "burns" now.
