RE: [Orb] trackmarks for breezeblock recording?
Well, it wouldn't be the first time that the published track list had errors. -----Original Message----- From: Noraa Selim [mailto:aaronious10@aphextwin.every1.net] Sent: Wednesday, July 24, 2002 2:01 PM To: orb@mailman.xmission.com Subject: RE: [Orb] trackmarks for breezeblock recording?
It is not ash trance - im ready. The song is "a little less ?>conversation" artist unknown.
Actually according to Dr Alex, it's Ash Tracey, not Trance. He wrote the tracklist so maybe he knows something we don't huh? Besides, it was released almost a year before it made headlines over the world so maybe Ash Tracy is JXL's real name (I donno) and I'm ready is the early remix name for the track orsomething. I'm sure he doesen't go out and make up cool sounding names. (Gotta admit I dig that name Ash Tracey...) There are differences in the song so perhaps it's a bigo' coincidence that two different people remixed it. Just what I'm thinking... -peace out Still wondering if my badorb 12 n 13 are lost in limbo... _____________________________________________________________ Get email for your site ---> http://www.everyone.net _____________________________________________________________ Promote your group and strengthen ties to your members with email@yourgroup.org by Everyone.net http://www.everyone.net/?btn=tag

yeah, 'Barbie Girl' - S.E. Berlin (Bad Orb Records) is presumably the blastiquer mix, as bob6 says barbie girl is by electric chairs. So I guess you have to take them with a pinch of S.A.L.T (hoho) BOB12CDS arrived today btw -- Those who taste, know - Sufi saying
The breezeblock track sounds much better than the JXL version just released. JXLs version is too pope for me. The other version is much better. Does anyone have a good clean copy (AKA) single of the breezeblock version? I did an edit of it to get a copy with FFWD Drone in it. That copy is on my ftp. We will see. Did you talk to Patterson and ask him this yourself. Just wanted to know. I live in Texas and as such have never met the man or seen the Orb. I have, however, been listening to them since 1991. So I am a fan. Just wondering. Laterz RMStringer _______________________________________________ Warning: You are no longer who you are And tomorrow is yesterday.
