Does your version end with Blue Hotel and some sample about successful operation? I think it's another "megamix" thingy that takes some KLF Chill Out tracks. Dunno if it's Alex or not. I suspect not. It sounds like it's the Chill Out 2 bootleg mentioned on Lazlo's KLF discography.
