Even though BadOrb has had its share of fulfillment problems pretty much since its inception, they've done wonders recently to sort out my personal subscription mess.

From the recent Garphoo newsletter:

We would also like to offer sincere Gardonian apologies for any delays in folks receiving their Bobs & Togs. The BadOrb.com headquarters has just shifted its base co-ordinates and will be back on its trajectory very shortly.

I took this not as a general, blanket apology for all the problems they've had from the start, but as a more specific apology for delays in getting BOB10 out. But that's just my interpretation... JG
