Just a quick comment: Granted, Cydonia's spotty. I stopped listening to it after a few weeks, but I have to say there's a few gems there: Ghostdancing, Thursday's Keeper, Terminus... but it's actually Hamlet of Kings that surprised me in the long run, it's quite a grower. Another fan waiting for the Orb to become relevant again... (Aubrey 2... barely "ok", but most of it is basically all the second-rate stuff that was excluded from the first for a reason.)Get more from the Web. To me, the best track is the one that didn't make it; I think the pre-release version of A Mile Long Lump Of Lard kicks ass all over the final version, and over every other track on the album. (Which isn't to say that there aren't other very good tracks on the album, like on every Orb album.) Chris np: v/a - JBO Collection 2

I was really disappointed when Yungle didnt make it to the final cut.. That song has to be in my top 3 Orb songs of all time.. blows me away everytime I listen to it =) --- Joe Topjian email: jtopjian@nb.net web: http://terrarum.net

The version of MLLOL on Cydonia Version 2 is my fave, it's so heavy and raucous with all that distortion. I LOVE it. Phil.

I passed up a chance to buy one of the early CDRs of Cydonia, not realising the final version would be different. Doh. ... I've been listening to all the badorb 12"s heavily for the last few days, and have decided that there isn't enough praise for them on this list. There isn't even much criticism, only "i haven't got my copy yet"! Has anyone _listened_ to them?! :) I was at a world cup fantasy football auction tonight, and wished the guy doing the auction had sounded just a bit like the auctioneer on "Ow Much" The music is just fantastic. np: TEXtures cd2 -- "..." - Anon.
