Down with the electoral college! And for the record, it was the people who funded bushie's campaign who selected him, not the electoral college. In most states' charters they require that their electoral college members MUST vote the way the citizens voted (eg: if 60% of a state with 7 reps in the college voted for bush, then those 7 reps are bound by law to also vote for bush). This isn't true of all states, but most.
