Hi all, just got back from seeing Meat Beat @ Metro tonight. It was a good gig, clocking in at 2 hours 15 mins. It was recorded by 88.7 FM WLUW's Chris Widman of Abstract Science (http://www.abstractscience.net) and will be broadcasted during an upcoming show. I was talking with him before the gig, and he told me Meat Beat is working on a live album, and he had to sign a contract that stipulated that the concert would only be played once on air and then returned immediately to their management. as of now there's no word on the broadcast date, but I would guess soon The show airs thursdays from 10 PM to 2 AM on thursdays... That's good news about the show being recorded. I'm exhausted today but had a good time last night. I was a dancing fool! -matt

Yeah, I was at the show 1 day previous and did not dance. I was soooo sore the next day and even into yesterday.. that I you woulda thought i was dancing. Its like the bass racked my muscles or something. 2hr 15 sounds about right.. thats alot of MBM. I was begging for them to stop at one point, but the God's House encore changed my mind.
