I had tonnes of problems ordering merchandise from BadOrb. I ordered 'Barby Girl' and it took almost 6 months before I got anything - it took numerous reminder emails before they decided to reply. So, I guess, when it comes to management and organisation, they couldn't even get that part right! Although I DID get it in the end and also my BOB12 t-shirt - but I didn't get bob12 for some reason!? Can anyone suggest what I should do? Lee.
