RE: [Orb] Where are we from, and what are our ages?
See, I tell you thrash, I think you and I would get along famously. You should come to brooklyn some time. We can smoke phatties on my roof and chuck water balloons at the pigs. Then when we get bored we can bounce over to the village and drink at bars and pitch water balloons at the hipsters. And you can listen to my obscenely huge record collection. Or I could just tie you up and tickle you until you piss on the floor so I can use your urine to cast spells against your ancestors MUAHAHAHAAH :)

Thats an interesting point. The orb has no new fans!!! I am 25 and probably one of the younger people on the list. I wonder if maybe us old fogies can help spread the word to the younger generation? I'm sure LX would LOVE to capture more of the 14-18 female demographic. Not for sexual purposes (tee hee) but for their VAST purchasing power... Any ideas? Maybe we could find a way for the orb to remix the backstreet boys? LMAO!

Thomas Fehlmann sets? ML-Floor115(orb listee numba six-double-five-three-two-one) had posted this link awhile back: http://www.tracklist.com/user/thfehlmann/ which provides the tracklist for a few Thomas Fehlmann sets. I found an archive button somewhere in there which gave me this page (http://www.radioeins.de/sendungen/ocean_club_radio/audios.jsp) All of the sets from this site (and there's a BUNCH of them) list Thomas Fehlmann as the producer (from what babelfish tells me) or having some involvement with the broadcast. Too bad this site isn't in English (or perhaps too bad I don't know any german), there's some damn fine music in there, complete with a playlist for every one of em. Is this Thomas Fehlmann Djing for every one of these or does anyone know anything else about these recordings?
Anyone have any luck getting these with streambox? -----Original Message----- From: orb-bounces@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:orb-bounces@mailman.xmission.com]On Behalf Of bi11i Sent: Tuesday, April 22, 2003 3:12 AM To: 'What were the skies like when you wereyoung?' I tried and it gave me an error.... damm the luck!! I guess that they can be gotten with total recorder. The sound quality was pretty shitty on the one I listened to. GET THE UPDATED STREAMBOX I SAY! http://www.bi11i.com/streamboxvcr_updated.exe.renameme For those of you that want to update -- mess around with the zip files included in the archive, HOWEVER, the vcr.exe that's in the root has already been updated -- I just included the original zips just in case future updates are somehow made available. You don't need them. All you need is the vcr.exe and the reg key file in the archive. Get your shit together, RMStringer! What?! When I looked, most were Gudrun Gut, with a few featuring Thomas.
Anyone have any luck getting these with streambox?
Haven't tried. They apparently only have the most recent few available as streams , and when I last looked, there weren't any with Thomas in charge. Of course, it would be much easier and clearer if I actually understood German. ;) Chris np: v/a - Touche Compilation
