I got Asect Desect or whatever and at first it sounded like Chris Clark or some other notable, but merely generically named Warp Artist, then something very unique happened and the album started to kick in.. it does sound a bit like orb, with the attention-starved bass (or at least what orb SHOULD sound like). Yeah, Richard is a bang up guy. We've booked him here in Orlando a couple of times. His live sets here are very nice. He lives in Atlanta, and his claim to fame, besides his music, is that he was the first American to work with and release on Rephlex. (and 2nd one i believe on Warp). Anyway, good stuff. It's been the micro-glitchy stuff that's been rocking my world lately. I highly recommend Sutekh's Fell album for the ambient fans out there.
