Hey all, I made it through 100+F temperatures and saw some great live performances. I also met Jason Hicks at the very first performance I went to. He was a brave soul- drove in from Portland he told me. Anyways, It was amazing! Broken Social Scene was the festival highlight for me, followed very closely by the Pixies, !!!, and the Cure. Unfortunately missed Mogwai and Radiohead because of scheduling conflicts... Anyways I'm in LA for the week and will probably go see Muse, Snow Patrol, and maybe The Fall while I'm here.
