A lot of people mentioned a lot of bands... Simple Minds, yeah, those gave one of the better concerts I saw this year, but not as good as... The Doors, I saw the 21st century line-up yesterday and what a trip thru memory lane this was... complete with liquid bubble projections, long guitar and keyboard solos, a passionate singer (Ian Astbury of The Cult)... I know that puritans call them a dead-man-rip-off-million-dollar-drain-band but I had a good time, and so had everyone else at the gig... just great...
