I liked it so much I paid $40 canadian for the uk version after I already had the us version(just had to have that EMR track). The use of strings on promis is just awe inspiring too! Terminus sounds at once new and like an old friend that you are so happy to hear from again. Me only gripe(if you could call it that) would be I could do without the haunting female vocals. Anyone know why there are different versions for the poor souls on this side of the Atlantic? You guys(n'gals) in the UK seem to have all the fun. Actually, it is to "encourage" the UK public to buy the more expensive UK release (with "special bonus material"), rather than the cheaper Continental version (*without* "special bonus material". Japanese companies do the same thing. It also generates a few additional export sales to trainspotters worldwide. ;)

I'm sure this has been beaten to death, but the Yann Chaseour Heart of Blackhole mix (the original EDM, I believe) has what that track is missing. It's about 3x as long and has some EXCELLENT vocals throughout the track. It sounds as if lx tried to replace them with something he could legally put on Cydonia, but just couldn't quite giterdun. I think I'll throw this track up on my web for a few days for all who don't have it. I'll throw an EDM link below my opening logo at http://www.bi11i.com since I'm without FTP at the moment -- that can be right-clickered and saved as... If anyone has more info on this track, I've been really interested in why this isn't the version on Cydonia. It's MUCH better than what's on the release. -----Original Message----- From: orb-admin@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:orb-admin@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of nibiru Sent: Wednesday, November 20, 2002 6:56 PM To: orb@mailman.xmission.com Subject: RE: [Orb] friends for cydonia Yeah corb sent edm over And I know the one zippy did play it And it is good..
