These are typically bootlegs released in small quantity, and dissappear very quickly. Roughtrade.com has a good selection of these. They actually have them listed in their own category "bastard pop" which makes the a bit easier to find. On the other hand, Cook could have created this version of the song for his own DJ sets.
As long as we're on the subject, did anyone ever locate a white label or other source for the extended version of Elvis' "A Little Less Conversation" that LX was rocking in his sets about a year ago? Was it just a "fan remix?" Was he even playing it off vinyl? Anyone? JG
