just interested, as i hav'nt got my copies yet - is thrash's name attributed to any of the plateau remixes or anything else on the latest stuff? he said he would never let alex use any of his stuff again. If so, i wonder if he recanted (= he's broke, 'cos his latest stuff is sh*t) or did alex use it anyway, ha, ha? cheers bill p.s. any orb minded souls want to go for a beer in london one day between 21st & 24th July. i'm dropping off my daughter at some drama college for a week..... ....why didn't she want to be an engineer - i failed in my upbringing........ bbbrooo at hotmail.com _________________________________________________________________ Making the world a better place one message at a time. http://www.imtalkathon.com/?source=EML_WLH_Talkathon_BetterPlace
By my quick viewing of the credits I don't see Thrash's name anywhere, except on the original tracks of OT (plus his credit on Terminus). I don't know much about credits, but I guess the originals don't change with a re-release. (?) I don't see his name anywhere on Plateau All Hands On Deck. (Is he affected by an Orb Music/Big Life publishing credit? How did Big Life make it's way onto OT 2008?) Mmmmm...Interesting "Kristian Anthony Weston" did get credit on the UFOrb Deluxe remixes. But nothing I can see on these latest ones. Shame, really. For Majestic alone he deserves royalties from all for life as far as I am concerned. they played a version of plateau in Birmingham. which was the first time i've heard that piece for such a lengthy amount of time live (from all the gigs ive been too ..ive only ever heard tiny clips before ). so it was awesome; i could hear qwiss 'almost' live :P. he was there.....like when i saw Elvis play in the year 2000 via projection , he was in the building!! haha. besides all this ..Trish is no longer mentioned as a past member on myspace. thats pretty shocking. .he is also wiped off myspace completely or gone? and justablip is gone too . i hope twish is o.k. cause i loves him. and i hopes you o.k too broo by the way you'll like this.... even tho you wont need one with your solar panels.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efCelx7qe_M

He sent me a message over myspace a few weeks ago (his profile is now gone) that was somewhere along the lines of: "You and Alex Paterson are the only two people on the planet that think a mildly amusing vocal sample can carry a song. Wrong!" He seems to be doing well though, and from what he told me, he has ceased writing music alltogether. Yer Pal, Gel-Sol --- On Wed, 8/13/08, shroom <a0jade@btopenworld.com> wrote:

Sadly, I'm sure he's not joking on the former. And the latter - well..."come on, ya'll...let's go...we're going down to the DISCO!!!" THPPPHT, Kwisten. T
