G-S, if you're not cool with that i am sure that Bi11i can take it down, but you never said anything when i offered the file up, so we figured that it was cool.... It's cool...I put the stuff out there to be passed around...thanks! 302 Acid is a trio right now. There used to be four guys...a drummer, a vj, a laptop artist (toppie) and a bass player/toppie. The bass player plays an upright electric bass and uses a bow too. The drummer and the vj couldn't go on tour for various reasons, so I have in a sense replaced the drummer (I'm a toppie too). I do control most of the beats but we also do some ambient stuff where I mess with soundscapes n' shit. As far as the sound goes, 302 Acid is kinda dubby, kinda drum and bass, and kinda ambient (since I've been in the groop). I'd say it sounds kinda like some bill laswell stuff...I do fire out some vocal samps from time to time, so it might get remotely orby. We also do alot of improvisation and we will be recording every show for archiving purposes and making mix cds to sell on the road. I posted 302's entire album, so you can download it below.
