Orbsessions Why all the Orbsessions bashing? First of all, if it was grade A material, the songs would have be released on a proper studio album...this is the scraps off the cutting room floor. What did you expect? "Archived" means old. Of course it all sounds dated. Furthermore, Volume 1 indicates that we'll probably see a couple more of these. Most of these songs sounds like they were around the orblivion stage....who knows maybe volume 2 will include more songs from the earlier 1993 era. Eitherway, I don't know the history of the thrash thing, but it sounds like all the songs on this album don't include any thrash. I like the album for what it is, and I appreciate that it was released the same time as around okie dokie, so we get some old and new stuff. Hope to hear the other volumes sooner than later!
