Cant wait for this andy/thrash Soundclash Lets do it live with guns too..
Hey, this sounds great,.....the 12 o'clock high tour....I would pay good money to see this show. Set them up on stages on each side of the arena, alternate playing......brilliant....I can see a world tour and loads of luvely dosh....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ No guns though, sorry......well alright, water guns.....just keep them apart before the show. P.S. Has madonna called to say if she likes your tune yet?
www.gel-sol.com Greetings fellow Orbsters, I have just finished my first album entitled, ÂMusic Made for You  along with a new website. The album is available for download, along with downloadable album artwork. Some of the stuff sounds "Orby," which is why I'm telling you guys this, but its mostly cuz you guys are so damn harsh, and I need some real feedback....so feel free to pan the album. Thrash? If you have any technical advice that would be great too, cuz I'd like the album to sound as good as possible. The album is a continuous mix of original material and so far, I've had alot of great feedback from local producers in the area (Washington, D.C.) and people that show up to my gigs....might not be saying much coming from D.C., which is a huge black hole for electronic music. Anyways, I have spent a lot of time and effort on this project, and I need your feedback! So please, if you have any complaints, criticism, inquiries, praise, etc., about the album or the website, feel free to email me, Gel-Sol, at gel-sol@gel-sol.com I am currently seeking distribution, label interest and widespread touring, so if you know anyone who might be remotely interested in Gel-Sol, please pass along the album/website. Yer Pal, Gel-Sol www.gel-sol.com

I'd disagree. The 18th street lounge label has a ton of good stuff on it. Thunderball esp. comes to mind. .. :| eric :| :| www.xenlab.com :| enlightenment thru evolution ..
Yeah, thunderball is pretty cool, but I can't say I really dig on the Theivery Corp...the whole martini sippin'/james bond thing is kinda tired. I guess my real gripe with DC is how genre based everything is... Yer Pal, Gel-Sol www.gel-sol.com

Yeah, I was into thievery for a while, and still can get into them, but not all the time. Check out CEX - he's from Baltimore. On a label out of san fran (www.tigerbeat6.com) glitchery and not concerned with genres (released a rap album after 4 1/2 'serious' IDM albums). Still trying to get your music down, but I have to fix a bug with my QuickTime player. It tries to play the track, instead of just d/l ing it. Any chance you can throw a quick html page up with references to the mp3s? ... I can then right click them down directly to my hard drive and not have to fuss with QT .. :| eric :| :| www.xenlab.com :| enlightenment thru evolution .. -----Original Message----- From: orb-bounces@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:orb-bounces@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of gel-sol@gel-sol.com Sent: Wednesday, June 18, 2003 4:28 PM To: orb@mailman.xmission.com Subject: RE: [Orb] OT: New Gel-Sol album & website: I need feedback!!! www.gel-sol.com Ok, I fixed the broken links and added an html download page for easier downloads...plus, if you like things like Negativeland, download the bonus track from "Music Made For You..." called "Sooper Shammy." Its featured on an album called "Free Speech for Sale," which is the second installment of the Droplift Project...its a pretty funny concept. Look for it on the world wide wank. Keep the feedback coming in you guys! I'd still love to get panned by Thrash...then I can add a testimonials page. Yer Pal, Gel-Sol www.gel-sol.com

Thanks Kris for the review...I agree with you on alot of your points...I'm sort of just gettin started in an attempt to get myself to play live, and need a "professional" opinion. I saw you mention Negativeland on an earlier post, so you might enjoy "Sooper Shammy." Thanks again Bonerchop. Gel-Sol

I had a listen too. Where/how can i buy this now that i've downloaded it? It's quite a pleasant and enjoyable listen and the last track is jolly good fun. curious, Kurrel
Well, right now I'm trying to find some distribution/label interest, so I dont really have anything to sell...I've made some homemade copies at the local print shop that i sell for $5 at my performances, but I don't really have a secure way to sell them over the internet...plus I dont have the cash right now to make 1000 copies. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to sell you a copy...I just figured I'd put the free mp3's up to see if anyone likes it or not...so far, so good! Yer Pal, Gel-Sol www.gel-sol.com
