Hey, someone else has seen this oddity! I thought that it was just another extreme low-budget CBC creation that only us Canucks would have to endure. It's definitely a trip, and they're like 10 minute shorts, too, so not long enough to get properly irritating. My kid just laughs and laughs from the beginning to the end, and has been know to walk around making talking noises out of his hands afterwards too.
