Yes. It really sucks being included in a community instead of a computer generated news list. There's a lot of off-topic posting but it generally swirls around good music and good times. If the list only contained Orb info there would be one e-mail every couple of weeks. Jesus, how boring would that be? Would somebody please post an exact URL with the instructions for people like this guy? There are very simple commands for removing yourself. If you cancel and then re-subscribe to receive this list as a digest you'll only get one e-mail a day (lately it's been every few days but at times there have been TWO e-mails and once or twice even THREE whole e-mails in a single day!).
