Re: off topic hard disk failure hmm you said it was a mac drive. If you have a friend who is a linux hacker you may be able to remove the drive from its case and plug it into the ide chain on a linux box and try to mount it. It should be some kind of mac format i dunno what they use I think its HFS. Anyways their are tools to mount it if it works at all. You might even try a linux live cd but you need one that would support your mac and HFS, their is probably some derivative of knoppix that will work. Also I wanted to say thanks to whoever made that 2 cd set awhile back for the list maybe it was 3-4 years ago. I think it's the 2001 space orbesy cd anywas thanks i just listened to it reacently and it was nice. -discord
