Given that you're not getting replies to emails sent to the badorb.com addresses, have you tried contacting anyone at Deviant? They were somehow involved in the transaction processing and, uh, "fulfillment" with BadOrb. I don't think they're going to send you BadOrb product you're owed, but they might at least be willing and able to refund your credit card. Good luck. JG
